The weather in Mallorca is as you would expect of such a tourist beach destination. The summers are hot and dry and the winters are mild with little rainfall. At the height of the summer, which is July and August, the daytime temperatures can reach 30º which is more than comfortable for sunbathing without being too uncomfortable. There is little if no rain during these months although there may be the occasional summer storm not lasting more than a few hours. During the winter the temperatures are still very pleasant. There are many days when the sky is clear and the sun shines brightly allowing locals and tourists to enjoy plenty of hours outdoors.
