The Mallorca weather is what you would expect of such a tourist beach destination, the summers are hot and dry and the winters are mild and reasonably dry.
At the height of the summer in July and August the daytime temperatures can reach 30ºC which is more than hot enough for sunbathing without being too uncomfortable. There is little or no rain during these months though there may be the occasional summer storm which won't last more than a couple of hours.
In winter the temperatures are still very pleasant and this combined with the many clear sky and sunny days allow locals and tourists alike to spend plenty of hours outdoors.
